Complete guide to installing your BNB ACCESS products
2-wire intercoms
An intercom is called a "2-wire" when 2 wires from the street panel are connected to the private handset
- Connect in parallel with the opening button
- Tin solder behind the private intercom handset board
- Remove the electronic board (usually easy to take out)
- Locate on the back the terminals corresponding to the opening button (key button)
- If it's a multipole button, use a tester to identify the right poles
- Connect these wires to the OUT2 contact (sometimes called NO2) of the BNB BOX
4 and 5 wire intercoms
An intercom is called a "5-wire" when 5 wires from the street panel are connected to the private handset
- Identify the door opening terminals in the table above
- Connect these terminals to the OUT2 contact (sometimes called NO2) of the BNB BOX
- Use intercom wire, RJ45 or telephone/intercom wire
- If you can't find your model, use a tester to identify the terminals
